Clifton Park West Branch Closure Information
Pioneer continues to evaluate our delivery model to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. In doing so, we have determined that the Clifton Park West Branch facility does not meet our standards. Given that our nearest, newer branch is just over two miles away, Pioneer has made the decision to close our Clifton Park West Branch, at 1208 Route 146, Clifton Park, effective April 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Why is Pioneer closing the branch?
Pioneer invested in the opening of our Clifton Park East Branch in 2013 as a new replacement for the aging Clifton Park West Branch. However, as Clifton Park East grew, foot traffic and transaction volume remained high enough at the Clifton Park West Branch to justify keeping both branches open. However, the aging facility no longer allow us to provide world-class service in a way that meets our brand standards.
Do I need to take any action to move my account?
We are committed to making this a smooth and seamless transition and, as such, there is no action required on your behalf to move your accounts, and your account number and account type will remain the same. You always have complete access to your accounts from any of our branch locations and through Online Banking.
Where is the Clifton Park East Branch and what are the operating hours?
The Clifton Park East Branch is located just over two miles away at 843 Route 146, Clifton Park. The branch also provides extended weekday and Saturday hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – Noon
Sunday: Closed

In addition, our Clifton Park East Branch offers the added convenience of Saturday hours and an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) which offers extended morning and evening hours.
What if I have a safe deposit box at the Clifton Park West Branch?
If you have a safe deposit box at our Clifton Park West Branch, we ask that you contact us so we may assist you in renting another box at our Clifton Park East branch.
Alternatively, you may visit the branch no later than February 28, 2025, to close out the box.
