Mini Golf Tournament
Join us for the 5th annual (Corporate) Mini Golf Tournament on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Pirate's Hideout, supporting the Pioneer Charitable Foundation* to help local kids in need!
Leave work at the office and embrace your inner kid—mini golf, gourmet BBQ, a live DJ, and plenty of surprises make this an event you won’t want to miss!
Similar to a traditional golf tournament, participants will play in teams of 4-6. Sign-up individually or as a team. This tournament is open to corporate teams only.

Timeline:
- 11:00 am - Event begins!
- 11:30 am - Shotgun start
- 1:00 pm - BBQ lunch served
- 2:00 pm - Brief program, raffles, and ice cream
- 3:00 pm - Event close

As parking is limited at Pirates Hideout, please try to coordinate carpooling with your team members!
Attire:
A Team Spirit Award will be given to the most creative, enthusiastic group—so come dressed to impress. Whether it’s matching outfits, fun themes, or standout accessories, bring your A-game and make your team shine!

Our raffle basket auction is made possible by the generosity of many Capital Region businesses, offering an exciting selection of prizes for you to win! Please note that this is a cash-only event, so be sure to come prepared to participate.
