Scammers are actively impersonating Pioneer and our Fraud Prevention Team by calling customers about “fraud” or “suspicious transfers.” These callers may even spoof Pioneer’s phone number.
Pioneer will never ask for your login, PIN, card information, verification codes, or other personal details over the phone.
If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Pioneer:
- Hang up immediately
- Call our main number directly at 518-730-3000 to confirm if the call was legitimate
- Additionally, don't pick up calls that show as “Spam Risk”
